What are Shah Gilani’s Pre-IPO Rights? [Gunslingers Trading Alliance]

Shah Gilani, the chief investment strategist at Money Morning, released a presentation about something he calls “pre-IPO rights.”

Shah says that as an army of bankers, lawyers, financiers, and hedge fund all-stars pour $248 billion into America’s most innovative private businesses, there is an opportunity for retail investors to make money in private equity.

In this review, we take a closer look at what Shah was talking about in his presentation in case you haven’t gone through it.

What are Pre-IPO Rights?

In his pitch, Shah Gilani introduces us to what he calls “pre-IPO rights” and tells us that they are a great opportunity to make money if you follow his advice.

These investments also involve special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs).

Shah Gilani Pre-IPO RightsSpecial purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) are companies that are formed without commercial operations and are created to raise capital through an initial public offering (IPO). The goal of a SPAC is to ultimately acquire or merge with an existing company. They are also called blank check companies.”

SPACs have gotten a lot of attention in the financial newsletter world with gurus releasing pitches extolling them such as Ian King’s Private SPAC Portfolio and Empire SPAC Investor.

Now, going back to Shah Gilani’s presentation, what does he mean by “pre-IPO rights”?

He says:

“Now, these ‘pre-IPO rights’ I’ve been telling you about…

They exist because of SPACs.

Only, they’re not shares…

They’re warrants. Warrants are VERY similar to stocks.

They trade on public exchanges…

They have their own unique ticker symbols…

They can be bought by anyone…

And like a stock, they trade freely – so your money is never locked up.

The difference is…

When you buy a warrant that’s connected to a SPAC…

You are investing in the SPAC, but you’re also investing in whatever private company they hope to make public.

That’s what makes warrants so exciting (and cheap)…”

He goes on to say that you can invest as little as $100 and make 10, 20, or even 50 times your money in a matter of months if the SPAC takes off.

He also acknowledges the dire consequences of failure, saying:

“if, for whatever reason…

The SPAC fails to find a private company to merge with…

And the warrant plummets in price as a result…

You only lose $100 or whatever small amount of money you invested in the first place.”

A couple of times in the pitch, he states that you should invest tiny amounts of money because there is the possibility of you losing your entire investment.

Shah Gilani positions himself as someone who understands the market, referencing his career on Wall Street as a “gunslinger” and insisting that he is knowledgeable enough to guide you to the SPACs that won’t bomb.

He says that he knows how the market works and he is perfectly positioned to show you the SPACs that will do well from which you can invest in their warrants.

I will not go into the details of how warrants work concerning SPACs, but you can tell that Shah finds them to be great investments, even better than stocks.

He keeps making comparisons of the two instruments and points out that warrants fared better than stocks (for the SPACs that did well).

Shah Gilani then reveals the whole reason he did the presentation: to sell his new investment research service that focuses on SPACs and warrants. It is called Gunslingers Trading Alliance and it will be published by Money Map Press.

We will delve deeper into this financial advisory service later.

Gunslingers Trading Alliance Review

Shah Gilani started Gunslingers Trading Alliance to give retail investors access to information about the SPACs he considers to be potentially good investments. The goal is to then recommend the warrants associated with these SPACs.

He says that he has a team that helps him with the research. He says that they read every S-1 statement, study the teams behind the best (and worst) SPACs, and take a deep dive into the companies that those SPACs are partnering with.

They study their business models, analyze their financials, and investigate the teams.

When picking the warrants, they check the expiration dates, the average trading volume per day, and the underlying companies behind those warrants.

If you sign up for Gunslinger Trading Alliance, Shah Gilani will give you access to a Starting Lineup Portfolio just for you. He says that it will hand you 1,000%+ gains before the end of the year.

This portfolio has three sections:

  • SECTION I has details on five SPACs that may do well in a couple of months.
  • SECTION II has details on five SPACS that he thinks will plummet.
  • SECTION III has details on a handful of warrants that could produce epic gains in the coming months.

In addition to the portfolio, you also get:

52 gunslinger recommendations (weekly)

Every week, he does a deep dive into a particular SPAC and/or warrant that he and his team are paying attention to.

The opportunities range from warrants, pre-IPO SPACs, and post-IPO companies that are doing well.

Closing Remarks on Shah Gilani’s Pre-IPO Rights

Shah Gilani believes that as many new businesses are started with each needing to raise cash, we will see an increase in the number of SPACs and warrants entering the market. He also says that we will see more investors buy into them thus driving up the prices of those instruments.

He wants you to join his service, Gunslingers Trading Alliance so that he can provide you with his take on the ones he thinks will do well. He will also point out the ones he wants you to shun.

Make no mistake, while warrants can go up by 5%, 10%, or even 20% during a single day and make you a lot of money, they do carry A LOT OF risks.

Shah Gilani even points this out several times in the pitch where he says that they are volatile assets. He says that if you invest in a warrant and the company fails to merge, you can lose that entire investment.
