In his latest presentation, Charles Mizrahi brought in Mike Huckabee, former governor of Arkansas to talk about his investment advisory service.
Bringing in a political leader or someone well known to “talk about how great a newsletter is” is textbook marketing. We’ve seen this happen before with Alexander Green’s The Great American Wealth Project when he brought in Bill O’Reilly to talk about his investment strategy. Or when Charles Mizrahi brought in Sarah Palin to promote his newsletter a while back in The American Prosperity Summit.
He even mentions it in the presentation when Mike brings it up saying,
“Yes, it sure is … and I’m so happy for her [Sarah Palin]. She was really frustrated with her investments, so I told her, just like I told you, ‘I’ll pay you to try out my service.’ All I asked is that she share the results, and … they were great.

So, right there, Charles admits to paying Sarah, which is probably how gurus get prominent people to appear on their presentations.
Going back to the pitch, Mike talks about how Charles Mizrahi also helped him find the best investments. Here is an excerpt of how this went down:
“Mike: That’s incredible. $1,000 would turn into $2 million. So, it doesn’t take a ton of money to make a ton of money if we “partner” with these companies for the long run.
But, Charles … I’ve got to state the obvious here. Most of us don’t know which companies to invest in. Back then, I would’ve just as likely invested in Sears as I would in Walmart, and that company dwindled down to nothing.

Mizrahi says that we are at a point in time when it is ideal to invest because we are experiencing a “Convergence.” According to Charles, Convergence is a phenomenon that happens once every 50 years and it usually is a great time to invest.
Convergence is what happens when a series of innovations come together at the same time and when that happens, the industry goes through massive growth. Right now, he says that we are seeing AI, the IoT, 5G, Blockchain, Robotics, Battery power, and other technologies coming up at the same time.
Therefore, he says that it is our patriotic duty to invest in innovative companies because they will use the capital they raise from the public to grow, create products and services, and create jobs.

How Charles Mizrahi picks his Stock Recommendations
Charles Mizrahi identifies his stock picks by using something he calls the “Alpha Scorecard.” This is a rating system where he grades companies based on how they rank when it comes to innovation, leadership, and money.
For him to recommend a company to his followers, he says that it must get an ‘A’ rating in each of these categories.
How do these categories work?
- Innovation. For a company to qualify to be picked, it has to have an edge in a major multi-billion dollar industry because they are going to disrupt the market.
- Leadership. For a company to have an ‘A’ rating in leadership, it should have good leadership that creates the right conditions for it to grow. He calls it “alpha leadership.”
- Money. A company that scores highly in this system has to have good financials. Charles Mizrahi examines the data behind the stock price. He examines the balance sheet, the cash flow statement, income, and other elements. He ensures that everything adds up before he recommends a company.
In the presentation, Mike Huckabee says that Charles Mizrahi has three stocks that he would like to share with the audience that makes for a great investment.

He has identified three companies that meet his three criteria and he reveals their names in the presentation. The three are:
- Arista Networks (ANET). It is a software company that is disrupting the cloud computing industry. According to Charles, the industry could grow by 500% in the next decade according to his research.
- Disney (DIS). He is keen on Disney because of its video streaming side of things because he expects it to grow its value as the streaming industry goes up by up to 500% in the next ten years.
- Lumentum Holdings (LITE). This company is disrupting the AI industry, which according to Charles, is going to grow 3,000% in the next ten years. This means there is a lot of room for Lumentum to grow.

Who is Charles Mizrahi?
Charles Mizrahi is an investment analyst who writes newsletters for Banyan Hill Publishing. He is the editor of Alpha Investor.
Charles was born to a blue-collar family and grew up in Brooklyn, New York. His father was a warehouse manager and his mom was a housewife.
